As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on technical roles, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to fuel Binance’s rapid growth. • 3-6+ years of proven recruitment experience, with a preference for backgrounds in top-tier Internet companies or specialized agencies.
• Experience in business/corporate talent hiring, particularly within Web3/Crypto companies, is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective coordination with global partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and advanced candidate selection methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• A successful track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive hiring targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
