📄 Job Description
- Assist the owner in coordinating active construction projects, including organizing estimates, change orders, and maintaining schedules.
- Help maintain and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, bids, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support marketing initiatives, which includes managing social content calendars, ad campaigns, and vendor communications.
- Efficiently manage the owner’s calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, project updates, and meeting notes to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Maintain organized systems using Google Workspace, Slack, and Service Titan to ensure smooth operations.
📌 Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator role.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in technology, with confidence in using spreadsheets and various digital tools.
- Experience in the construction, plumbing, or home services industry is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Airtable, or other CRM software is a significant advantage.
