As a Blockchain Developer, you will be at the forefront of our engineering efforts, contributing to innovative solutions and collaborating with a talented team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Architecting, developing, and building robust blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, infrastructure modifications, and specialized tooling.
  • Collaborating closely with researchers and other developers to design systems and implement cutting-edge software.
  • Tackling novel problems and enhancing existing tools with new functionalities.
  • Evaluating various techniques and exploring existing tools to inform project decisions.
  • Contributing to a diverse range of projects driven by internal requirements, client needs, and community initiatives.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of blockchain systems, actively identifying and resolving issues and outages.
  • Full participation in agile development cycles, from sprint planning and ticket creation to feature implementation, testing, bug fixing, and conducting thorough code reviews.

  • 2-3 years of professional development experience, with a solid foundation in languages like Solidity, Rust, or GoLang, and a basic understanding of blockchain principles and Ethereum.
  • Hands-on experience with essential development tooling, including build systems, package managers, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to develop complex software, implement mission-critical features, and efficiently navigate large codebases.
  • Experience with and proficiency in the code review process.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, coupled with fluency in Git and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • A keen attention to detail and the capability to produce high-quality, production-level code, complemented by a habit of implementing thorough unit tests.
