As a Part Time Remote Administrative Assistant/Biller, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our virtual mental health practice. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Being the primary virtual point of contact, answering and returning phone calls using a provided headset.
  • Managing scheduling, messaging, billing, and coding using our online program (Simple Practice).
  • Handling electronic billing for mental health services.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive client experience.
  • Working independently to ensure efficient administrative support.
