- Maintain executive calendars and appointments.
- Manage and organize emails efficiently.
- Create and prepare presentations or spreadsheets as required.

- 1+ years of administrative experience (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Must be available during normal business hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (in your time zone) for regular client communication; this role cannot be combined with another job that limits this availability.
- Must be a resident of any US state EXCEPT California, Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communicator, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
