As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives and ensuring the efficient delivery of cutting-edge trading solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive complex, large-scale technology projects from discovery to launch, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and functions.
• Drive Project Execution: Proactively manage the project lifecycle by tracking progress, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearly communicating status to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Empower Development Teams: Partner with development teams to scope projects, define milestones, and manage resources, ensuring efficient deployment workflows and enhanced knowledge sharing.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Establish and monitor metrics around initiatives, utilizing data to guide strategy and measure success effectively.
• Orchestrate Tech & Business Alignment: Align technology initiatives with business feature delivery, coordinating between teams to balance technical and business priorities.
• High Quality Documentation: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation for diverse audiences, including production support playbooks and API guides.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a robust background in project management within the technology sector. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of 8 years of software project management experience, with a strong preference for domain knowledge in crypto trading or exchange platforms.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of API and FIX protocol usage in a trading environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all business units.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to align disparate groups towards common goals.
• A proactive and results-oriented “can-do” attitude.
• Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
• Desirable Skills: Exposure to Waterfall or Agile development methodologies (Scrum Master experience is a plus); experience in process improvement and automation; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese to facilitate interaction with key APAC business partners; expertise with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
