📄 Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you will own the entire deal lifecycle, driving strategic growth and fostering key partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Sales & Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and close high-value B2B deals with pre-TGE, post-TGE, and Top 300 CMC projects. Champion our white-label solutions, including Launchpad, Vesting Portal, Staking Portal, and AI Agent Launcher. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development: Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify prospects, build lasting rapport through consistent, value-driven communication, and ensure seamless handovers to product and technical teams post-close.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Meticulously track all sales activities, monitor pipeline health, and analyze KPIs. Forecast deal velocity, project revenue, identify bottlenecks, and provide strategic insights to leadership based on market trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Head of BD, Leadgen, and Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and outreach strategies. Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS) campaigns and liaise with Product & Engineering to align expectations with deliverables.
  • Market & Product Intelligence: Research competitors, market shifts, client pain points, and industry Go-To-Market (GTM) tactics. Offer structured feedback to influence roadmap priorities and stay abreast of Web3 hype cycles, token trends, and AI-powered sales tools (Zapier, n8n, Make.com).

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a highly autonomous and strategic professional with a deep passion for Web3 and a proven track record in high-ticket tech sales:
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of demonstrable experience in Business Development or Direct Sales within high-ticket tech sales, with a consistent track record of closing high-value B2B deals or driving revenue for top 500 CMC projects.
  • Web3 & SaaS Acumen: Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including L1/L2 networks, DeFi, NFTs, wallets, DAOs, and the challenges faced by builders. Familiarity with white-label platforms or customizable SaaS infrastructures is strongly preferred.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: A strategic thinker with strong sales fundamentals, exceptional structured communication, and persuasive negotiation capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, particularly with technical teams and leadership.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with AI tools, Zapier/n8n/Make.com automations, or possessing a developer-first sales motivation.
